This season will be a home coming of sorts for three members of the VIrginia Express Junior B team. Each of them brings a great set of skills to the ice and a passion for the game, but theyʼll be looked to for one main thing this season: OFFENSE!
Virginia Express GM, RJ Zeigler, announced Wednesday that he has brought Tim Skelton onboard as the team’s Strength and Conditioning Coach for the 2009-2010 season.
The 2009-2010 Virginia Express Junior B team is expecting up to 15 returning players this season. Combine that with blue chip players returning to the area and a few bright young players and the Express hopes to turn some heads this season.
